So, I'm actually developing a map and I want to create an item that works only with commands (no mods) :
- When you have the item in main hand, you're granted a small Strength buff
- When you right-click the item on the ground, a massive explosion is created at your coordinates (killing you btw) and the item is consumed.
I remember I need to use some scoreboard trick for the Strength buff, but I forgot which one, and I absolutely don't know how to test if the player right-clicks with the item in hand. Can someone help me to find out what commands must I use please?

Well, it depends on what version you're in. If you're in 1.9-1.11, you can go to this site to create the strength with the "generic.attackDamage" modifier. Then go to this youtube video to learn about Right Click Detection with command blocks. If I can help you any further, feel free to message me anytime!

Don't worry, I've the mod that allows modifying the data values. And I also figured out how to do the click detection... but thanks anyway
