Hey Guys I Have an idea to create an rpg server but my router(stupidly) doesnt support Minecraft so i need someone to host a server and i would need some admins and mods. The hoster will be Co-Owner and the server will based on diff themes if we can get diff worlds. Im thinking of a WoW theme to start off with so here are the catagories that will be in it.

Human
Dwarf
Gnome
Night Elf
Worgen
Draenei
Blood Elf
Goblin
Orc
Tauren
Troll
Undead
Pandaren
this is depending on how many people we get

If we get a server i will post admin and mod and builder apps

Thanks

Just follow the instructions here: http://portforward.com/english/routers/ ... Server.htm

If it forces you to choose a name for the application, just pick any one of them, and continue to use port 25565.

Hmm, I can't find any information anywhere on that router.

Can you show me a screenshot of the port forwarding screen?

You can forward the port manually.

What is the make and model of your router?

Yeah sorta its like you have a list of games to choose from on the router and you click the game and thats how you forward the port and minecraft/minecraft servers are not listed..but everything else is.

It's somewhat far-fetched for a router to "not support Minecraft". Are you having trouble forwarding ports?
