I need help getting players!

Hello! And to start off, no this is not a advertising post. I am looking for ways to get players to join. Not a lot of players have joined my server so far. So I guess I'm looking for tips how to get players to join my server. I posted a PMC page and a YouTube video, but those aren't getting a lot of players. Thanks in advance!

First Off:
Remember Spawn is always the first impression if you got a well detailed spawn players will think the staff and community will be professional
Second:
Time Yes server do take time you wont get a huge community in one day try advertising everyday to keep your server up and out there
Thirdly
Offer something unique we all know factions prison survival is overrated there are way too many of these types of servers why come to yours when there is a ton out there? give the players a new experience?
Fourthly:
Have active and professional staff members when people apply don't accept players that have wrote a paragraph or two accept players with experience and players that look professional
Fifthly
Be a active owner be there to greet new players and help them and get involed with your community if no one is on the server at all the player will just leave straight away
Add voting links give players rewards for voting maybe add a automatic ranking system for time played?
Donations:Remember you do NEVER start a server just too make money this is the wrong idea if you have this idea might aswell close down straight away to keep asking your players to donate and dont give donators a huge advantage maybe a few extra commands like setting extra homes and a little kit not OP!
When players join keep a kind friendly community do not tolerate racism or sexism show your community you are serious about this staff professional staff can help make a great server
