I need help getting players!

Im trying everything i can to get players but no one joins. Id apersiate any help on how i can get more players! Heres a link to my server page http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/v ... ff-wanted/

I would say first of all, determine what kind of server it is once you join. It took me a minute or two to figure it out.
Second of all, let people use permissions like /help to see what permissions they have because I still don't know what I can do
Third of all, make the spawn look more appealing. It doesn't look very interesting right now. I would say get a build team to help you
Fourth of all, define some warps like parkour, pvp, and other mini-games for people who don't find creative that interesting
Fifth, I think you should do some more adverting with correct spelling and grammar to make sure people take you serious
Seven, get a logo or something. Small artists could do it for cheap.
These are just some starting thoughts on how you could get more players
