Need help getting some players and donators.

I am running a server all by myself. To check it out go to play.enderrage.com and give me some tips from what you see. Anyways, I have alot of trouble getting noticed. I bump on PMC and other sites, but never have more then 5 players on. I really need some advice and id love anyone that helps me (No homo)
