Need help identifying this Texture Pack!

Hi people!
I have been trying to locate an old texture pack I really loved for a while now but I'm unable to find it again. The earliest screenshot I have is from January 29th 2012. I would love to know if it has been updated since then or if it's even being worked on at all, but mainly I just want to see it again.
Additonal info: I'm almost certain I must have downloaded it from Planet Minecraft because I didn't know any other texture pack sources back then.
It MIGHT have been called something like "Slimey Pack" or something with slime in it but that name doesn't spit out anything useful to me so it might have been entirely different.
If anyone knows it.... I'd be forever in your debt.
