Need help installing World Edit.

So basically im trying to install world edit with Daddycheese, a server hoster. Anyways I have used Filezilla, the BukGet plugins section, and the DaddyCheese FTP file access but I cant get World Edit. I'm using the most recent version of the plugin and I restart the server everytime and I still wont work. If you can help that would be great
