On my server I wan't to make a side world called "Cake Town" or "Snow Town" and I want that world to be covered in snow, and the only weather that goes on and off on it is snow like every hour or 2 it snows. No rain no storms but I do want the sky to look dampy like a storm, is there a plugin like that?
