I'd like a GIF banner for free ideally.
I don't mind crediting the person making it if needed

Ideally like this:

I suggest woodpunchgfx.com starts at about $7 and can get to be $25 for a really good one, but one like that is maybe $9 so try http://woodpunchgfx.com/collections/animated-server-list-banners/products/sharp-elegant. This is legit I used this before and got mine.
