Need help, minecraft keeps crashing.

Hey guys, I have had minecraft for a while, like 2 years haha. I am very well experienced with it and even have my own server. For some reason I play on the hypixel server and I keep crashing. I don't understand what the error message is trying to say, but maybe some of you do. Please help me, I recently just put a new SSD in my computer, (keeping the 1tb hdd as well) and I really doubt this is the cause.

i need a copie of the crashlog to be able to help
I think there might be something wrong with it GPU or drivers. Post the complete crash log so I can tell if that is the issue.
Please show the full crash report *It said where to find more information on it on the launcher* So I and others may able to better understand why it cashed.
How much RAM did you put to Minecraft? it needs at least 200MB to run and at least 400M for texture packs. If you dont know how to change it click on java arguments in the edit profile tab. then change -Xmx to -Xmx400M or more

also we need more computer info (RAM especially, CPU, Clock speed,)

I'm no expert, but I think you need to allocate more RAM to it.
It's WAM (know where that came from? xD)
