Need help mirroring my worlds for my bukkit server

I need help mirroring my worlds for my bukkit server. i cant find my main configuration for my worlds. here is what i currently got...

mirrors:
# Worlds listed here have their settings mirrored in their children.
# The first element 'world' is the main worlds name
# subsequent elements 'world_nether' and 'world_the_end' are worlds which will use
# the same user/groups files as the parent.

Now i just need to find the main configuration and ill be done and people will be able to play on the nether with their normal ranks.
unfortunately I am unable to find this main config to make it so every ones rank is the same as it is on my main world.
