Need Help on new minecraft server

Hi I have a new server and I need help with it. There is not much on it besides the spawn and I need people to help me out and also build on the server for me. I need people to give me some good advice and am open to suggustions for any new plugins. And it is mostly a survival server. Anyone that helps me enought and gives me good advice can become a admin.
