Guys I got a small / maybe big problem I have 2 kits 1 is working 100% 1 is working 90% so my first kit is starter which works fine and all but my Donor kit works fine too its just the delay isnt working! I can use it over and over and I have deopped myself trying this, someone please help!

1. What version of Minecraft are you using (CraftBukkit, Vanilla, Spigot, 1.8, 1.7, etc.)
2. What plugin are you using for kits?
3. Can you post a config file for that plugin?
