Ok, so i have a adventure map i'd like to play on, but i need to make Commandblocks are on. But i cant check if they are on if the cheats arent on. i cant remake the world, Its a world save! How do i make sure commandblocks are on with out the cheats on????

Even if cheats are off, command blocks can still run. If you're in singleplayer, then they are always on, and cannot be turned off.
- Download Wordedit mod for 1.7+
- Select the area of the world and save it
- Make a new world with cheat enabled, and than paste the world files over into it via Worldedit

On a server you can easily enable command blocks in the server.properties file.
