Need help, Server problem. All appreciated

Recently my area received an internet shutdown or restart of some sort from verizon (my internet provider) and ever since then when i try to run my server, it works but does not go online, i can only connect through localhost. I tried to re port forward it also but nothing happened. Also i know another server owner in my area and he is also having problems.

Any help or advice would be amazing!!
