I need help setting up Towny

Hello my name is MagykMal or Mal for short. I run a small mc server. It will be a big mc server as soon as the Bukkit 1.5 comes out. I want to set up a few plugins like Towny but I am having some trouble. Please friend me on skype or PMC me for the ip my skype is mal10178.
