What the heck do I do with my ded 32gb 24/7 server? no ideas
Well, I'm out of ideas.
Hello guys! Right now I need your help with my problem - what can I do with my server? I purchased a dedicated 32gb of ram Minecraft server which I have no idea what to do with =P I have ads purchased on MInecraftServers.org but I have not released an ad yet (I don't even have anything I can ad yet) I really need you guys help! What should I do with it? What do Minecrafters like these days? PvP? Hide and seek? Factions? Freebuild? Please help guys, I have no idea what to do with it!

Well... Give it to me.
Before Source, there was an engine called GoldSrc. The original Half-Life and it's related mods ran on it. Team Fortress 1.5 ran on it, and Hunted is a rare map that is my favorite.
Download the GoldSrc Dedicated server from Steam and make it run the Team Fortress Classic map Hunted 24/7. You'd be my hero.
GoldSrc? What? I will have Team Fortress but what is a GoldSrc? xD

Hey, I saw you mentioning kitpvp, its not as hot as it used to be but still a great choice, I suggest a hub server using bungeecord. I am a server owner my self and I have a pvp server, some gametypes that I personally think do the best are: Skyblock, Creative Plots, Survival Games, KitPvP, Spleef, Factions... and a few others that I cant think of off of the top of my head. If you end up using this server I would love to check it out, message me or just reply to this with the IP, I would be interested in setup/building if you need that sort of thing.

Go with what you want to play. If you don't like playing PvP, then don't make a PvP server. If you like RPG, make a RPG server etc.
I would mostly say do what you really want and what you find fun. Others will find that fun as well.
But for things to add I would suggest looking in the rpg section and mulltiverse. Things like a role playing server with lots of worlds would work well for that amount of ram

32GB Servers are great for Minigames, RPG, and tons of stuff. If you are into Anime start an Anime server after your favorite Anime. Make your own "The Hive" or a Medieval Roleplay Server Whatever.

I run a server, and it's factions pvp. With 32GB, you could probably run a community hub server, with every type of server on it.
really? what kinds of servers should I connect to it? do people like kitpvp still these days?
