I am running a server using multicraft (beastnode) and I want to know how to make my server to where only operators can break and build but I don't know how to do that. Or a different plugin to where I can easily protect stuff because world guard won't work.

If you want specific players to be allowed to do specific commands or break things then I recommend using either permissionsEX or group manager
If you want ur whole server to where only ops can break and build, get essentialsantibuild. But keep in mind, that affects the WHOLE server and ref players will not be able to do ANYTHING except for walk around.
Actually world guard should work. First you have to select a area with WorldEdit and then type "//expand vert".. Then you type "/region define spawn" or u can chage spawn to anything else u want
