Need help with bukkit server permissions

Hey guys i am the owner of a tekkit server and i need some to do the permission coding in notepad++ i have tried to do it myself but with barley any sleep from building spawn and plugins and so on its hard to put my head around. For this i need 13 groups,
Ranks Colours
Guest Grey
Amateur Light blue
Rookie Yellow
Member Orange
Expert Purple
Elite Half blue half black
Perfectionest iwill use /nick
Staff:
-Helper Lightblue
-Newbiemod light green
Mod Green
Admin- Rose red
E-Admin - Blue
Owner - i will use /nick
I am using PremissionsEx and AutoRank so if that helps with anything.
