Or if you just want to run it on your own computer, without setting up web-/SQL servers, I think this should work great: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/craftbukkit-automatic-installer-iridium-server-manager.26555/. Haven't tested it though.
Well if u have a webserver, and u want to get a really beautiful server console, then take the time to install spacebukkit... http://spacebukkit.xereo.net/
I have been wondering the same thing. The plain console is kinda boring
Omit 'nogui' from your batch file for the Bukkit server. If you don't have a batch file, then open up Notepad and enter the following:
Make sure your Bukkit JAR file is called craftbukkit (or 'craftbukkit.jar' should you have file extensions shown).
java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -jar craftbukkit.jar
pauseMake sure your Bukkit JAR file is called craftbukkit (or 'craftbukkit.jar' should you have file extensions shown).
I'm sorry but I didn't understand that. I put in what you said and it stayed the same. I want it to look like the minecraft_server.exe not like the black window
I just tested it myself, and it appears Bukkit doesn't have a graphical interface. You're stuck with using the console, I'm afraid.
ok thanks anyway
