Need help with custom world generation

Hey I'm trying to generate some custom worlds for me to build with, but am not sure where to locate setting for it or cant find a generator online. Can someone help me locate and/or generate the settings necessary to create worlds with:

• extremely large oceans (like hundreds of thousands of blocks wide, it's ok if it's a few million blocks wide)
• extremely large continents (also hundreds of thousand of blocks wide, it's fine if it's millions of blocks wide)
• large biomes with the biome size be a few thousand blocks across
• generate villages/ocean monuments etc set to off
• standard "sea level" is fine
• nether: preferrable also large biomes but maybe not as large as overland biomes
• end: large land masses. large amounts of emptiness is fine

the world will be used in creative mostly probably so resource scarceness isnt a concern. having trees populate normally is something I'd like tho.
