Need help with ezrankspro!

Hey, im triyng to fix a problem with ezrankspro and cant figure out how, so the problem is that when we are trying to rank up from b-c it says we are in c, but are actually in b., and when we rank up again, to d it says we are in b again.

So if anyone have any answers for the problem plz let me know
