just need a little help my players are saying that they dont want allie factions to open doors and chests and i dont know how to set that up.

It's all in the factions config file. You just need to know where to look in it.
The server ip is factorious.info
Factions is a very crappy plugin right now, having some of the same issues
I can help you too. You just don't know how to get the config
