Need help with installing a 1.7 mod.
I want to install Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders mod, but I'm not sure if I need other dependencies, or how to even install mods on 1.7.
If someone could walk me through it, that would be great. (:

I think the only shaders that are updated to the 1.7 are the rudoplays and in youtube search for ¨how to install mods in1.6¨or sometihng like that i think is the same method for 1.7
it did say that shaders is being worked on for 1.7,but I don't think its out yet.If theres a video or website other than the forum page that says shaders 1.7,its most likely fake
I don't know. When I do a google search, it appears updated. As well, there are youtube videos labeled as 1.7.2 and 1.7.4, but their installation videos go back to 1.5 instead which isn't helpful for 1.7.
Depending on what site you went too that is not well known for example (minecraftdl) Most mod websites put 1.7.4 on all of the 1.6.4 mods to make people goto there website to get more traffic. If anything I suggest only downloading mods only from PMC,Minecraft Forums, or SkyDaz. As they are the only mod websites that do not lie about version of the mod and are extremely trusted. I did check if the shaders was updated and it is not mostly because Optifine 1.7.2 is not yet released/.

i dont think it would be available for 1.7 yet, forge has only made a test version for 1.7 and its really unstable, plus it was only made a week ago, so mod makers havent had time to update the mods
