I can't open my minecraft launcher, i tried restarting my pc, updating java, but still says the same thing D:

try making a new computer user and installing minecraft and java on it it fixed my problem

Uninstall java then reinstall it. Fixed my problem of minecraft not opening at least.
what did you update your java to? you should have java runtime 1.7 and it should work perfectly fine
