I need help with minecraft prison server

Wow, helpful players. This si pretty simple, have Vault and Economy (For cash) GroupManger for ranks (If you need help I may be willing to help) and then look for a mine restoration plugin, where you set a region and it automatically regenerates it every so and so. Then thats your basics.

Its a plugin, I cant remember the name im going to go look for it i'll edit this when I do find it though
