Need help with Multi-Verse - Portals Glitching!

Hello,
In my Server, The Multi-Verse Worlds and Portals are being extremely weird. It decides to Un-Import all the Worlds that I've created with it, But not the worlds I've imported to it, But I can still travel to those worlds, Even though it says they're gone. It also disables the portals to them, Which is the worse part. Someone please help me with this, It's been happening for at least a week now.
