Starting a server is always rough, but if you want ranks and learning basic rank making PermissionsEX is definitely a must have for you. Watch lots of tutorials and don't be in a rush to burn yourself out :)

Hello, as someone whom used to run multiple servers but Id highly suggest you at least learn some java first also running a server is hard to do. Trust me, I tried multiple times. Again knowing some java code helps. Also the plugins you are looking for are Essentials which do everything. Also if you plan on running a server without actually taking care of it what is the point of running one anyway. Not to be rude or harsh but it is the truth. Not saying the owner has to do everything but like I said knowing how java works is how to use the plugins.
