I need help with my new server

I know i am not allowed to post my server but i need help with my server, i just created it and a website as well but a few people have joined already greifed my world and i just created it. i have sorted that problem out i think but i really do need some one to guide me or tell me a site or link so i can follow it, im not allowed to post servers so going to post my website im not sure if it is allowed so if it is not allowed i will remove it.
