Need help with Permissions [Bukkit 1.2.5]

I want someone to make my permissions for me be a great help i want 6 ranks

I am making prison server. all i need is a basic outline and i can add the actual permissions. Also if you can put the Prefix with their names that would be awesome to. Thank you please reply soon im in a hurry so this post may not make sense
