Need help with PlotMe and Group Manager

I have two worlds: Spawn, plotworld

I want spawn to be a survival world
and I want the plotworld to be a creative world

So When: (Player) ---> Enters Portal to Plotworld ----> (Gamemode 1) I want the players gamemode to change

Also I have Multiverse Inventories but it doesn't work! Or I just don't know how to use it.

I also want there to be a separate inventory for BOTH worlds. Because the Survival world is a Faction world. But if they're in the plotworld they can do /spawn and get a bunch of creative diamonds!!! I just want it so they have two separate inventories so they can't cheat.

The LAST thing I need to know is how to do Essentials Group Manager Ranks in different worlds. I want it so when they're in the spawn world they have all there normal ranks and stuff. But I made another rank called PlotMe so when they enter the PlotWorld I want they're prefix to change to PlotMe and can only use Plot Commands that are specified in that rank.

Please Help Me i've been searching for how to do this for several months and still can't find the solution.
