Your server isn't up, and this would probably be a better place to go for Faction help. Regardless, I/other members will try to help you to the best of our abilities ^-^
As for your actual problem, I'm a little confused, mostly because I don't play around with the Factions plugin that often.. Perhaps you can include what's wrong, what it's suppose to look like and screen shots of the problem?
