How do I add donor ranks so that they have the donor prefix and perms and still have their default rank like
[A]UsersName[donor rank]

Use GroupManager
Add people to rank: manuadd {name}
Add people to another rank: manuaddsub {name} {rank}
Add suffix/prefix to player: manuaddv {name} {suffix/prefix} {current}
This is same as setting up groups. Just change the u to g at the command.

Look for a chat plugin that supports suffixes. Personally, I like the free-form nature of Essentials Chat, but that's my own preference; any should do.
