Need help with PvP Server

Im back again, and im now looking for anyone who is good with a list of things

Building
- Arenas
- Hotels/Housing Area
- Spectator Stand
- Donator Shop
- Regular Member Shop

Plugins
- Permissions
- Permissions_Groups ( I need this setup so i can have an Admins/Modertors/Donators/Members Groups for certain privlages
- Factions ( I would like to get this setup as well
- Any other PvP plugins that will help improve server
- iConomy
- Chest Shop

Pretty much i want to make a server where you get your own little house/spawn area that you can keep all your loot ( gear/items ) that you get from PvPing and awards that you get for the Arena season.

I want to have multiple arenas ( possible gamemodes such as FFA, TDM , and CTF )
There is a good addon for this that im currently learning.

I REALLY NEED HELP WITH PERMISSIONS. . I have currently have no permissions setup and i need them badly. So if you are good with permissions definitley message me as i need major help. This is going to be a 24/7 PvP server.

Enchants for the pros
( Once the server is going good im going to open the world for free building with no anti-grief. . so you can get your stuff destroyed by other players. )

Physical Server Details -
RAM - 8 gigs ( 3 dedicated )
Processor - Xenon Quad Core x2 ( 8 Cores in total )
HD- 2 TB + 500g
Minecraft Version - 1.1 Bukkit
