I need help with my server.

I run a good server with people that come and play and I made some new friends.
Anyways thats not the point.
I need help with permissions, plugins, ranks and all of that.

Lots of help is needed I can't get stuff to work right.
Some plugins dont work and permissions sometimes do not get added. Please I need help!
