For Factions, make sure you first have an economy plugin (if you have Essentials, you've got one already). Check out the 'Economy configuration' section of the Factions config guide, http://massivecraft.com/plugins/factions/config
yes i need help linking it to server jobs,facions and so on can you help
I don't think Vault requires any set-up at all, as all it does is allow economy plugins to be integrated, for example allowing Factions to use economy. You will require, however, an economy plugin (one is included with Essentials).
