I need help with votifier

Ok i have set up votifier on my pixelmon server and was recording votes at one point but not giving rewards then for about 3 weeks now its not even recording the votes.
All tests are good and say it is set up the right way. Can someone help me with my problem or guide me on how to or where i have messed up please let me know what information do you need so i can provide whats needed to help me on this. thanks so much.
