Need help with WorldGuard/Group Manager.

Hi, i got my server working i have had servers before with group manager and worldguard before and it worked perfect. but now when i created a new one it worked good but then after one day it broke so players could pvp and destroy/place blocks. i don't know why that is happening as it worked before.
