I developed an eye twitch reading this thread, I may not have perfect grammar or spelling but wow just wow. Now on to the next aspect of the question at hand "can someone host a server for me?" my question to you is well .....why? honestly, you can't afford to host your own that sucks but most people that try to run a server cannot afford to do it. They realize this within the first month or two after they had to pay 30-80 bucks only to have no one donate because; A) they are not responsible enough to manage a server B) they could not afford to open a server with the proper resources to make it an enjoyable experience for people C) they realized that owning a server actually is not much fun.
If you have an honestly great idea for a server you have a few options.
find a server where you can work your way into staff and talk to the owner and see about making it happen.
GET A JOB and do it yourself.
Find a bunch of friends and go in on it together.
If you just want to have a server for the sake of having a server then you are not going to be successful nor are you going to have fun.

Oh! So you're asking the good people of PMC to pay the host of a Minecraft Server for a complete stranger? And to top it off, you are convincing them with a bad grammar? Just remember that 12 year-old kids don't have the money to pay for those!
