You cooouuuld learn how to make bukkit plugins, and make 'em yourself? That's what I do. You will probably spend less time making one than looking for one. It's not too hard to learn either.

Are you looking for minigames that you put on a server. If you are, then I suggest the most obviously named plugin for that. If you are running bukkit, head on over to BukkitDev and download the plugin called Minigames.
