Need Modded server help

Ok, so I have my own modpack that is really fun and it has 120+ mods. The server was working fine a few days ago. Now about every minute the server has an internal exception, or it says internal server error. And then we can log back in for another minute or so and it kicks us again. Its getting really annoying because we want to play without interruption. Please respond. Thanks!
