Need a new plugin

On my server I am currently using the Groupmanager plugin that comes stock with Essentials. I need a different plugin that allows me to set up groups for my users, control which commands they can and cannot do, and also be able to see the group name beside the user's name. Anybody know of a plugin that fits that criteria?

Not one that allows you to give prefixes, but you could use PermissionsBukkit and Prefixer
