Question about minecraft server

hey I have had a minecraft server for 6 months now and it's doing okay. but the one thing I noticed is that the only members we get are spammers. I think my server includes to many things. it has
survival
PVP
creative
factions
mcmmo
skyblock
spleef
survival games
games
and more
Do you think I should shorten my server to one main category like only survival or only PVP. anybody got any ideas. should I even it out or keep it the way it is
