Need plugin Coder for Custom plugin

Hey guys, Flicker here and i need a plugin coder to make me a plugin with the following things:
Coal that can be thrown with a right click and after 8 seconds they exploud but dont do damage do the ground
This is pretty much all i need, if you know you can do this simply reply to this and tell me and if you KNOW someone who can tell me there name or tell them about this post, i will subscribe to the person who helps me the most,

It's pretty simple in reality, but I don't have the time to do it. Simply an event where on right clicking checks the item in hand, then executes the rest should do it.
Edit: Timing and location of the explosion to match the coal's landing point might be tricky

No... you could do this as a plugin, but you would see a snowball fly not coal

Your asking for a mod, the only thing that you can do with a plugin is have them right click with coal in their hand and one coal will be removed from their hand and a tnt explosion will be created.

this is right as far as im aware so far, plugins cant make new blocks or change them substantially (ie make them throwable), they can only use them and do things with them.

Ive seen this on another minecraft server where you could right click a slime ball and it would shoot out and after a few seconds it would blow up, when it did, it would be like as if someone press q with the item in hand but it went way farther, if that clears anything up
