I'm the owner of a server called Omega 6 its a wip space themed capture the flag server
now since my plugin manager's computer broke down there hasn't been any progress which is not good because it means i'm losing money
so I need some one who can write plugins and manage them
I'm willing to pay if some one can write some plugins for me

Define "writing plugins"
There is configuring plugins, meaning that people just put them in your plugin folder and tweak them, and then there is creating plugins, which means developing a plugin from scratch in java.
One is more of a simple matter than can be fixed on forums, while the other is a large task.
