Need Router Help!
So I'm using a mac and i got a belkin (Router) And whenever i try to portfoward on
(192.168.2.1 The website for my router) it just come's up white! and my server isn't on now! i need help can anyone Please Respond or Pm me!

That's not necessarily the number you have to type in.
The number to type in to access your router is called a "default gateway." In order to find your default gateway, go to your Mac's terminal, and type in "route -n get default" without quotes. You should look for a number that starts with 192.168, but not necessarily. If it said it was your default gateway, that will be your router's setting page.

Just to clarify, did you mean that when you type in 192.168.2.1, a white page shows up? Or after you submit the port forwarding data it shows white?
