No one will host a server for you for free, I am afraid. Other than free hosting websites:

Well, quite frankly, I think they would like to know the easiest way to get a free bukkit server anyway.
Use hamacho or learn how to portfoward
it says u have to pay $5 to get it bukkit
The bukkit is free, more plugins cost money.
Look up how to make one and run it yourself.
