Need No-IP MC server setup help.

So ive tried setting up a noip ip for my MC server. my server ip is 24.3.204.180:25565. when i set up no ip then put my ip in the server.properties, it says it fails to bind port. there is no one else running that ip and DUC says its up. so whats the deal?

First you leave the server-ip blank in the server.properties. Then you put your external ip in no-ip and make a A record put your external ip in the ip box without the port 25565 then wait for 15 min for the DNS to update. And please remove your ip security reasons
