Need some help

I need some help with making something but i'm not going to say what that something is yet. I ran into a prob with two things on this map.
-Making zombies spawn in rounds
-buyable things like wall guns the box doors etc
-money,kills,death and round system (like scoreboard )
If you know how to do this without any mods plz tell me I need this help.

You can use command blocks and dispensers for spawn eggs
for buyable things again use command block
you can type "" give @p[r=4,l=3,lm=3] 35 15 15 "" it will give 15 black wools to player within 4 blocks radius in command block and level 3

There are two ways I think you could do this. Either use plugins or command blocks. I can go in depth for each one, but for now get some ideas. -Cheez
