Need some help with a map I've downloaded

I recently downloaded a map. It was quite big and at a wrong version. I had to optimise the 85000 chunks for 1.14.4 (version I'm playing on) which took while. However I'm not able to change the time settings. It always resets itself on moonrise. I tried everything I could including "dodaylightcycle", "gamerule" and some other stuff. Does someone has an idea why it doesn't work? Help would be much appreciated:)

If you could provide a download link to the map in question, it would assist with diagnosis of the problem.
Maybe there is command block spamming /time set command somewhere in the map? Maybe near worldspawn?
